Online dating, or debate?

Marijuana is not a drug. You need to educate yourself.

Thank you for your opinion; I'm not interested in getting involved with someone who uses (or abuses) any substance. Best of luck to you on POF!

I'm not interested in getting involved with someone who has a cross eyed and narrow minded view of the world. It's a plant that grows naturally on the earth. Marijuana in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. You have any idea how effective it is for people with cancer and MS?

Why are you doing this - emailing me? I didn't start a conversation with you, I'm not at all interested in getting into a debate or if this is (which I doubt) a friendly conversation about one another’s' views on marijuana uses/pros/cons - I did not seek this interaction out. I am not interested in continuing this conversation b/c I feel like you are attacking me and made a massive judgment based off one sentence posted on an online dating service profile page. My two cents to you - evaluate the motivation behind you sending me this email. You insulted me by the insinuation of me being cross eyed and narrow minded. That was extremely rude. What I posted on my profile was not a direct or personal insult to you - you made this personal. All I'm doing is trying to meet someone with a similar life style as mine. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!!

Tunes in August

I have tickets to Warped Tour and Kiss/Motley Crue next month.
I'm going to rock my ass off.

Now, if I can some how manage to score 311/Slightly Stoopid, it'd be a great summer.

Brand Party!!

A FANTASTIC NIGHT!! I worked a brand/industry party tonight at Jeld Wen Field. I was lucky enough to work the "whiskey" booth - Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Booker's and so on... also, the man himself, Mr. Fred Booker Noe III and Bernie Lubbers. What an honor (and blast) these guys were.

This need for new

I don't get it. It makes me feel so out of touch, sometimes. When I get ragged on for having an old phone (aka the "landline" as my friends so endearingly call it), I have a box tv in my room - not some sleek flat screen. My computer is a PC, with a 19' scratched screen and used Dell speakers (which I guess is shit). I buy almost all my clothes used (along with my books).
I never wanted the latest and greatest gadget or car. I love fashion but feel that it's all just recycles and spruced up, so instead of paying retail, I pay used and make it my own.
I spend most of my evenings sitting in a kitchen chair in my room, reading online articles, writing monologues hoping to string them into a one act, or watching Netflix from this P.O.S. PC.

...And I love it.

My internet works just fine. My computer works just fine. My phone works just fine. My nano works just fine. Stop trying to force shit on me.
Seriously.

Online dating... really?

Yeah, yeah, yeah... I did it. I bit the bullet and signed up for some online dating, folks. I haven't even been a member a week and I think I've received 50-60 emails. Now, this is NOT bragging. This is the sad, simple truth. I would say 95% of the emails received are from dudes looking to score, didn't read my profile so they're clueless on what I'm looking for because they are the exact kind of wrong for me.
I've been on one date. Mainly agreed because we had FB friends in common and could get a back story.
It's time consuming, it's obnoxious at times and sorta a bummer because you realize it's 95% bullshit. So, in reality, it's just as much work as traditional dating, only I can do this in my pajamas, no make up, and half watching Law & Order reruns.
I will keep you posted.
